As expected, Paul Simon and Art Garfunkel today (Sept. 9) unveiled plans for their first major concert tour since 1983, due to kick off Oct. 18
Unfortunately for us here in the south, the closest they are coming is Atlanta and Tampa. They aren't even going to Texas! Well, I guess there is always hope for some add-on dates.
Well that just stinks! I saw them on The Today Show and was all excited about the tour and of
possibly getting to see them. That is a concert I wouldn't pass up if they were comming to Dallas.
I can't believe it! Man, that just ruined my day....thanks Josh. ;)
Jon and I were just talking about trying to see them in Dallas or something. That stinks.

You would drive 8 hours to see Simon and Garfunkel!?? Is the show that good? I mean, its not going to be a KISS show, just a couple of guys on stools singing songs you can hear clearer on your CDs. ;]

This is why we have mosh pits. Of corse, I doubt there would be a mosh pit or anything close to one at a Simon and Garfunkel concert. But boy would it be funny if there was! But being in a moshpit and having a rather fat man fall ontop of your head is NOT fun. Nor is a twisted ankle in the middle of a moshpit. But being carried by a big, strong security guard is fun. ^_^
