Ok, it's finally over...I'm a married man and happy about it. The wedding went off without a hitch, and though I don't remember much about that day (it went by in a blur) I remember I had a lot of fun. The whole week was a blast. Family was in town, I had my bachelor party, the rehearsal dinner was fantastic (thank you Aaron Booth), and of course the wedding day and reception were magnificent.
For the ceremony, the church looked gorgeous, much props to Lacey's mom and grandma. Lacey looked absolutely gorgeous in her ultra-secret wedding gown, and Dad did a great job keeping the ceremony short for everyone. The reception went off great (see Christin's blog). I, being the music nazi that I am, did all the music, and everyone seemed to enjoy it a whole lot, so that was fairly satisfying:) There was a ton of dancing, the food and drink were great (lot's of free beer and wine) and I really don't remember who was there and who wasn't. For those of you who missed it, shame on you, and those of you who didn't...thanks a million. I love being married by the way...did I mention that?
You were supposed to say that the wedding went off WITH a hitch. After all you did just get hitched.
