I was looking for something the other day, and I came across some CD's I burned a while back. In July of 2003, Lacey and I took our first ever road trip to visit my parents (this is when we lived in Louisiana). I took the opportunity to impress her by crafting two of the finest road-trip CD's ever. I may post the tracklists here some time, but suffice it to say, there were some great driving songs on there. It was fun to revisit those, so I dug a little deeper and found my Spring 2005 and Summer 2005 mixes, basically what I was listening to at that time (a la Cameron Crowe). My question is, could Franz Ferdinand's Take Me Out be a more kickass song? Anyway, here is a list of a few of the albums I've been listening to recently:
Rachel Yamagata - Happenstance
Imogen Heap - Speak For Yourself
Ray Lamontagne - Till the Sun Turns Black
Audioslave - Revelations
The Last Kiss Soundtrack
David Gray - Life in Slow Motion
Coldplay - A Rush of Blood to the Head
Red Hot Chili Peppers - Stadium Arcadium
System of a Down - Toxicity

You must listen to the last group on your list when I'm not Home!
